We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Cyber Security Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to make an impact in the cyber security industry and develop their sales career.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and research potential clients within the target market, focusing on businesses that could benefit from our cyber security solutions.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads and create interest in our services.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and current security posture.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience from the first point of contact.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
Assist with follow-up activities after sales meetings, ensuring a smooth transition of leads to the sales team.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting scheduling.

Criteria
Essential:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
A keen interest in cyber security and a desire to learn about the industry.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Resilience and perseverance in overcoming objections and challenges.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and learn on the job.
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within the technology or cyber security sectors, is advantageous.
Experience with CRM tools.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key strategic partners and managed service providers (MSPs).
The role will involve developing and executing strategies to maximise sales through these channels, ensuring that our partners are fully equipped to deliver our cyber security solutions to their end customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, working closely with them to drive revenue growth and ensure mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners and MSPs, acting as their primary point of contact.
Identify and onboard new partners, expanding our partner network and enhancing our market presence.
Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans that align with their goals and our company objectives.
Provide partners with the necessary training, support, and resources to effectively sell and implement our cyber security solutions.
Monitor partner performance, providing regular feedback and support to optimise their sales efforts.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to partners and their clients.
Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in partner relationships, ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through partner-driven revenue.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Familiarity with cyber security products, services, and industry trends.
Experience with CRM tools and partner management platforms.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
