Shift Pattern: Shift rotation 4 on, 4 off, including night shifts
Contracted Hours: 44 Hours (12 Hour Shifts 6.30am – 6.30pm and 6.30pm to 6. 30am)
Join our growing team as a SOC Analyst and play a vital role in protecting our clients. As part of our Security Operations Centre (SOC), you’ll be on the front line of our operations, actively monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats. This role is central to strengthening our position as a trusted security partner and upholding our reputation as a leading provider of cyber security services.

You will provide in depth analysis of alerts as identified and escalated by Level 1 SOC analysts and take full ownership of the security incident management process, including customer notification, severity-based prioritisation, investigation, customer updates, identification of remedial actions, reporting and closure.

This role will be performing manual penetration testing duties across several disciplines using the appropriate methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a competent level of technical skills and be confident in finding vulnerabilities across a range of systems. The preparation and presentation of reports and technical information to a high standard is a key function, as is an ability to deliver the information to a non-technical audience.
