  • Location: Cardiff, CF10 1FS (hybrid)

    Salary: from £27,600 pa

    Shift Pattern: Shift rotation 4 on, 4 off, including night shifts

    Contracted Hours: 44 Hours (12 Hour Shifts 6.30am – 6.30pm and 6.30pm to 6. 30am)

    Join our growing team as a SOC Analyst and play a vital role in protecting our clients. As part of our Security Operations Centre (SOC), you’ll be on the front line of our operations, actively monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats. This role is central to strengthening our position as a trusted security partner and upholding our reputation as a leading provider of cyber security services.

    Join our growing team as a SOC Analyst (Level 2) and play a vital role in protecting our clients. You will provide in depth analysis of alerts as identified and escalated by Level 1 SOC analysts and take full ownership of the security incident management process, including customer notification, severity-based prioritisation, investigation, customer updates, identification of remedial actions, reporting and closure.

    Join our growing team as a Penetration Tester and play a vital role in protecting our clients. This role will be performing manual penetration testing duties across several disciplines using the appropriate methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a competent level of technical skills and be confident in finding vulnerabilities across a range of systems. The preparation and presentation of reports and technical information to a high standard is a key function, as is an ability to deliver the information to a non-technical audience.

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our customer journey by designing and embedding structured project management processes, workflows, and control points.

    Working closely with technical and operational teams, you’ll lead projects through a clear and lifecycle, ensuring consistency, accountability, and effective risk management. This role blends hands-on delivery with the development of the frameworks that enable projects to run smoothly and be completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

    Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 per annum

    Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

    Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week

    We are looking for a Content Manager to own and lead customer and sales content. We have an opportunity to educate our customers within our ideal client profile with deep expertise on previous customer successes and examples. This role will own the customer and partner narrative, translating deep technical expertise into commercially compelling stories that close deals.

    PureCyber is on a scaling journey after the £5 million investment less than two years ago from BGF and is now increasing the size and calibre of its go-to-market operations.

    We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to drive operational excellence across our sales and channel teams, ensuring all deals are tracked, quotes and agreements are prepared, and follow-ups are executed promptly. You’ll streamline processes, maintain timely communication with prospects, and enable the team to focus on building relationships and closing business.
